Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because of all the delicious food but my stomach is usually bloated and feeling icky from all the heavy fat-laden food. This healthy yet yummy detoxifying green celery juice will take good care of your gut!
The health benefit of celery juice is definitely gaining lots of popularity. My sister was the one who told me about celery juice. The problem is I need to work my way up to drinking straight-up celery juice. Until I reach that point, I’m going to doctor this juice up by adding some yummy fruits to accommodate my taste buds.
My detoxifying green celery juice makes a little more than 20 ounces of juice. In addition to celery, my juice has one apple, 1/2 cup of pineapple, half of the lime juice, 1 cup of baby spinach, and 1 cup of water.
I don’t own a fancy juicer but I do have a blender and a nut milk bag. It is an extra step to strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag but my yummy detoxifying green celery juice is worth the extra step. If you don’t own a nut milk bag, then you can strain this through cheese clothes as well but they are super inexpensive on Amazon. I’m linking the one I bought here.

Detoxifying Green Celery Juice
- Yield: 20 ounces 1x
- Half bunch of celery, roughly chopped
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 pineapple chunks
- 1 apple, roughly chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 cup water
- Place everything in your blender and blend until they liquified.
- Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag.
- Enjoy right away.
