Fancy but Easy Salmon Dinner


  • 4 frozen salmon fillets (4 to 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยบF.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, and whole grain mustard. Set aside.
  4. Lay the frozen salmon filet on the baking sheet and cover the filet with 1/2 tablespoon of mixed sauce. Sprinkle the filet with salt and pepper.
  5. Flip the filet over and do the same on the other side.
  6. Place in the oven to bake the fish for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Serve with your favorite side dish.
