1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese, or more as desired
6 slices deli-style pepperoni, or more as desired
Hot honey, for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Stretch the pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch round.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with hot honey. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Pepperoni: Deli-style pepperoni gives you pepperoni in almost every bite. For a cup-and-char effect, use thicker-cut pepperoni with a natural casing.
Hot honey: Add as much or as little as you like depending on your preferred level of sweetness and heat.
Storage: Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
Reheating: Reheat in a 375°F oven or toaster oven until warmed through and the crust is crisp. You can add another drizzle of hot honey after reheating.
Timing assumes the pizza dough is already prepared. If making my Small-Batch Pizza Dough for Two from scratch, allow about 1 additional hour.
