2 individual flatbreads (naan, pita, or similar)
3 ounces whipped cream cheese (or regular cream cheese)
2 teaspoons capers, minced
4 ounces cold-smoked salmon
1 Persian cucumber or ⅓ English cucumber, thinly sliced
¼ to ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning, divided
Lemon wedges, for serving
Optional garnish: thinly sliced red onion, fresh dill, freshly cracked black pepper
Whipped cream cheese spreads more easily, but regular cream cheese works if softened.
Do not skip the lemon! It brightens and balances the richness.
For less salt, reduce the seasoning and sprinkle lightly over the top only.
