3 Ingredients Vegan Kimchi Ramen Fried Rice - Made with ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS (vegan kimchi, vegan Korean ramen, and rice) and it only takes 15 minutes to make! Super easy, quick, and delicious kimchi fried rice recipe that you will love forever!

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2/3 cup fermented vegan kimchi
  • 1/2 vegan Korean ramen (I used Soon ramen from Nongshim)
  • 1 teaspoon ramen soup base
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil (or vegetable oil)

  1. Cut the kimchi into bite-size pieces using kitchen scissors. Set them aside.
  2. Break the ramen in half and place it into a zip lock bag and crush them until they are very small pieces.
  3. Place the crushed ramen noodle in a microwavable bowl and add 1 teaspoon of soup base. Add 1/2 cup of water and microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet on high heat.
  5. Add the kimchi and stir fry them for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add the rice and microwaved ramen on top.
  7. Mix and continue to stir fry them together until everything is well incorporated.
  8. Serve right away.
